# Governance / การตัดสินใจร่วมกัน

**English (the same, in short):**

- The work is developed together to be shared, not to be taken as anyone's own.
- The creator has the final decision in every case.
- What the creator does not decide is decided jointly by voters, holders of the system's coin and resources, and the people they elect.

## What this means today

- Until a licence file is added to the repository, the code can be read but not copied, run or redistributed without the creator's permission.
- A contribution (an issue or a change) is a proposal; the creator accepts or declines it.
- The voting system, the coin and the election do not exist yet. When they are designed, this page and the licence are updated together,
  and the result must keep the three points above.

## Open questions for the creator

1. Which licence text expresses "share it, do not claim it" (a copyleft licence such as AGPL-3.0 is the usual way), and how the creator's final say is written next to it.
2. What "coin", "resources" and "voter" mean in practice, and who the first voters are.
3. What happens to a contribution while the voting system does not exist.
